Hargrave, Northamptonshire

An L-shaped lawn and existing paved terrace provided a blank canvas to create a family garden with seasonal interest, structure and a secluded seating area.

It was important to create different areas with in the garden, as well as add movement to the space. The planted borders were used to not only hide the boundary fence, but also guide the eye down pathways and around corners.

At the front of the house, the existing lawn was enhanced with planting to provide a focal point from inside the house. A beech hedge was also added for privacy and to create a soft backdrop.

Garden completed in Autumn 2021. Photos coming soon…
